At en2im our identity is deeply rooted in our founder, Karolina Wronska. Her passion for quality management and her personal journey from a young enthusiast to the Head of the Quality Organization in a major corporation have shaped the very essence of who we are.

Meet our passionate founder, Karolina
Karolina, the driving force behind en2im, discovered her passion for quality management at a young age. When she was just 17, her father took over a struggling company with the aim of revitalizing it. To achieve this, he decided to implement ISO 9001 standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
During one transformative summer vacation, her father enlisted her help in this endeavor. He sent her to ISO course, hoping she could assist in this crucial project. As Karolina delved into the ISO course, she encountered the principles of Quality Management. It was here that her fascination ignited. The principles of quality, efficiency and continues improvement resonated with her deeply. She was not just learning about processes; she was falling in love with the art of making things better.

From that moment on, Karolina’s journey was set. She continue to study, earn degrees and gain experience. Her career took her from being a diligent assistant to Quality Department to becoming the Head of Quality Organization in a prominent multinational company. Today, Karolina”s passion and dedication continue to drive en2im consulting, where she shares her expertise and love for quality management with businesses looking to excel.
